At Chiara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
